ABOUT US
Laptop + Littles in 2020
Ariel + Tianna launched L+L in May of 2020, when kids were sent home and moms found themselves having to find a way to work from home . Our goal was to find a way to teach all of the women that were coming to us desperately asking how we worked from home, because they were suddenly out of a job and needing to stay home with their kids.
That goal quickly turned into a mission to educate as many moms as we could about the work from home world and how Virtual Assisting acts as a door to easily transition into that world from either working a 9-5 OR being a stay at home mom. We realized how many women believed the "either/or" that we are told by society...
That as moms we can either have a career outside of the home OR we can sacrifice our careers and stay at home with our kids.
And that's where our mission remains today, to show women the options and how accessible they are, even without higher education or experience. With over 400 moms who have gone through our programs, we are creating a movement of mothers who are refusing to build a motherhood around their career and instead build a career around their motherhood!
Now, Laptop + Littles continues to remain committed to becoming more and more accessible to more mothers.
Who is Ariel?
Ariel is the ultimate hype-girl, she genuinely sees the good in everyone around her and has a talent for helping them see it too. Her passion is supporting women, specifically moms, to realize how capable they are and tap into their talents to create the motherhood and career they desire.
She started her Work From Home career really when she started working in 2013. Her oldest was about 6 months old and she started working for a Virtual Assistant agency after googling, "Assistant who works virtually" and stumbling into the online business world. She has worn many hats along the way and most recently sits in an OBM and Marketing Strategist role.
In 2020, Ariel was postpartum with her 4th baby, struggling with PPD and anxiety. She felt unsure of herself and lost in the postpartum fog. When the chaos of that year hit and the world shut down, Ariel's fire was reignited when Tianna called her one night and said, "we're finally doing it."
Offline, she keeps busy chauffeuring her 4 kids to practices, watering her many plants and drying out herbs. She loves to read, play cards with her family and snuggle up to a good movie night.

Who is Tianna?
Tianna is a force, lighting up everything she touches. She fought through a life that seemed committed to knocking her down and now inspires women to break free from their own battles.
In 2020, she made the decision to free herself from an abusive marriage. After a decade of being controlled, belittled and physically abused, Tianna pulled herself up by her Dunks and left with her 3 kids and no strings attached.
No longer being forced to make herself small, she started taking up space and sharing her story with other women through TikTok, started a business and podcast with her life wife, and walked her followers through every part of her healing journey.
Since starting her Virtual Assistant career in 2016, she has worn many hats including social media manager and OBM.
Tianna remarried in 2023, blending her family with her now husband and his daughter. They have also welcomed another baby to the family, so you can find them at a table of 8 at the local Mexican restaurants.

"Love working with these two ladies and learning from them!! I mean seriously they helped me land a client on the first day of the course within 5 minutes. I would recommend laptop and littles 10000 times over. The course is perfect and geared towards moms. Plus they are both very responsive."

"I am amazed at this program! The course is very helpful, is broken down and is nice and neat! Most things are in depth and easy to follow/figure out. The program is not the best part tho, the hands on coaching from Tianna and Ariel is incredible! To be able to bond with them and learn from two driven and successful women is literally LIFE CHANGING! The Facebook group and community of women I have met in this course is also something I am thankful for!"
